Arrival Procedures
On arrival, please report to one of the reception windows and quote your booking reference number and return flight details.
Once you've checked in, you will be given a ticket with a printed barcode and a member of staff will then inform you where your car is to be parked.
After you've checked in, you will be directed into a parking space by a parking host.
Once parked, please make a note of the nearest bus stop and the parking area you have left your vehicle in, as you will need this when you return. Unload your luggage, head to one of the designated bus stops and wait for a transfer bus.
Please note, during busy periods we may require your keys so we can park your car for you while you transfer to the airport. When you return to the car park, your vehicle will be waiting for you in a departure bay located close to the reception building. You are delivered direct to Terminal 3 or to the terminal interchange, from where the covered skyways give access to Terminals 1 and 2.
Departure Procedures
When returning to the car park, your driver will check and validate your barcoded ticket and drop you off at the nearest bus stop to your vehicle. You may then collect your car and exit the car park.
