"Plane from Amman delayed because of emergency landing at Belgrade so arrived Heathrow 1am. I was collected promptly after phoning and was not charged extra for parking. This meant a lot in the midst of such stress."

"Unfortunately our flight was moved from Terminal 4 to Terminal 5 at the last minute and we had booked for parking for Terminal 4. The man in the car park was absolutely brilliant in explaining our options for getting to Termkinal 5."
