Long term car park was full so I was given an upgrade to the short term car park without any extra cost and it was more convenient.

The car had been parked with Parking Express for four weeks and unfortunately the battery was flat. The staff at Parking Express were most helpful and did everything in their power to get us on our way and provided shelter and drinks whilst the problem was being sorted.Would recommend them to anyone.

The arrangements were easy to make over the internet and the system for parking was simple and straightforward. We managed to catch the buses to and from carpark and Heathrow airport easily and with hardly any waiting time on both occasions. Thank you for such an efficient service. We will use you again. The staff were courteous and very efficient, taking the time to explain pertinent details that were not initially clear to me about the parking procedure. I have already recommeded Parking Express services to my aunt who travels a lot and I will contact Parking Express when I travel next June for my parking arrangement whilst I am away.
