Arrival Procedures
On arrival at the car park, check in at reception. You will be required to provide a copy of your booking confirmation. A courtesy shuttle service will transfer you to your departure terminal. Please note: Passengers traveling to and from Terminal 3 WILL NOT be able to get picked up from terminal 3 on their return. Customers should proceed to terminal 2 for a transfer back to the car park. Gates are shut between the hours of 00:00 - 04.00, please ring the bell for assistance. Please note that during busy periods the car park may take your keys and park your car for you.
Departure Procedures
You will be given full details on how to return to the car park when you arrive back at the airport after your trip. Please note: Passengers traveling to and from terminal 3 will not be able to get picked up from terminal 3 on their return. Customers should proceed to terminal 2 for a transfer back to the car park.
