"very efficient service. our original booking was for humberside airport but the airline went into liquidation a few days before we were due to fly. holidy extras helped us with our cancellation and rebooked us at robin hood airport doncaster at short notice when we managed to get our holiday changed. thank you."

"VERY EASY TO USE JUST PUTTING THE CREDIT CARD IN IT SHOWS YOUR NAME THE BARRIER OPENS YOU DRIVE IN AND PARK WHERE YOU WANT WHICH AVES TIME NOT HAVING TO FIND A PETICULAR PARKING PLACE.

"Suggest you put a note on the entry ticket machine to remind people not to press for a ticket if they have already used their card to book. I was under pressure and pressed in error. Your staff sorted me out in a very friendly and courteous manner upon my return. A gentle reminder on entry stage is likely to prevent this happening to other idiots like me! Next time I will read my paperwork more thoroughly so that you get a 10 from me. Thank you"
