"Our flight was delayed by 8 hours and we used the lounge for about 3.5 hours and it was very relaxing. Without the use of the lounge and the helpful staff the experience of the delay would have taken the edge off the holiday"

"Staying in the Gatwick Holiday Inn rather than driving directly to the airport on the day of arrival took away the trauma of the M25 and got us to the airport well fed and rested. The hotel parking facility was excellent and the staff were very helpful. The cost of your service was hardly more than siply parking at another long term facility.Using the airport lounge made the annoying wait much easier to bear - very much worth the money.We shall use your services again"

"It was such a delight to be able to leave the noisy chaos of the main departure area to enjoy the peace and quiet of the airport lounge. There were newspapers, magazines, comfy chairs, complimentary hot and cold drinks and snacks (every snack imaginable), toilets with no queues, soothing lighting, a quiet calming atmosphere, and the chance to unwind after a long journey to the airport. It was nice to be able to come and go so that we could venture out into the mayhem and visit the airport shops etc. We will definitely be using the lounge again. Thank you."
