"We have on many previous occasions stayed at your hotel and had no problems but this last time was very disappointing. We booked a family room and was given such but the sofa bed provided was broken and had no support in it whatsoever. I spent my whole night trying not to fall into the middle of the sofa-bed. Needless to say I did not have any sleep that night. And with an early start it really was not to start of the holidays we dreamed of. We did on checking out complain to the reception about the sofa-bed. It was no point during the evening to complain as we were told when we checked in that there were no spare rooms at all, the hotel was totally full. As in the past we have had no problem we would consider booking again but if you fail another time we will have to consider alternatives."

"This hotel was outstanding. Conveniently located, beautifully designed, quiet but with ample amenities. I appreciated the convenience of email checking stations in the lobby, and the wonderful bar and restaurant. This is one of very few airport hotels that represents good value for money."

"Very relaxing start to a holiday - excellent food at The Ash public house opposite the accommodation and superb accommodation. Only problem was noise from the next door property for approx. one hour in the middle of the night - appreciate you have no control over noisy neighbours!"

"Good point: the chef took trouble to prepare our choice of meals although we arrived after published dinner finishing time. Bad point: the family rooms did not have towels or kettle. Discovered this late at night, so used own towels and did not make a drink."

"A very satisfactory arrangement which worked well for us and was good value for money. It was pleasing that the Pub food was reasonably priced and we did not feel ripped off before we flew next day. The taxi arrangements were also very efficient both to and from the airport."

"We had a lovely overnight stay, the room was very comfortable, we had a relaxing time in the sauna & jacuzzi. We decided to top it off by having a meal in the restaurant. Unfortunately, this was a disappointment. I had the fish of the day, which was cooked superbly, but my husband decided to push the boat out and have the fillet steak with peppercorn sauce. He asked for it to be cooked medium, we were told by the very helpful waitress that there would be a 20-30 min wait, while it was cooked, not a problem. But when it did arrive it was well done and the peppercorn sauce was gravy with pepper ground into it. No peppercorns were evident. The waitress asked if everything was ok and my husband did explain that it was not, she did offer to change it, but he felt that another wait would then make it a long time, as I would have then finished my meal by the time it arrived. She did offer us a coffee on the house. We would happily return to the Hilton on our next trip abroad.Many thanks"
