"Hotel and staff excellent. However we had booked dinner and breakfast.This was accepted after long debate and some telephone calls.
Courtesy car to the airport was a local taxi expecting payment for his services."

"we were very pleased with your hotel it was lovely we would def recomend it. staff very helpfull very good value for money although i paid 75 pound on the internet but direct through you it was 85 pound which i could not undr stand but thankyou once again and to the reception man on at two am in the morning on the 23 june very helpfull"

"This was the best way possible to start our holiday! After leaving home it got off to a flying start by first staying at the Brittania Hotel in Bramhope. The staff were friendly, cheerful and helpful, the food was very good and the room excellent. The entire package including the meal and 15 days car parking was excellent value for money, and the efficiency of the taxi 'shuttle' service was brilliant. On the return journey, after making the telephone call to order the taxi, it was with us at the airport within 5 minutes. We did not even have to go into reception before driving off home, as everything was taken care of! That is service of the highest standard! We have already decided that we would definately do this again the next time we are flying out from Leeds/Bradford airport."

"Our only comment is - We have stayed at this hotel several times over the last 3 years, it's only problem is that it is always cold in the public areas (restaurant/bar etc)so we are reluctant to stay in these for too long - consequently if we want to eat or drink we go to a local restaurant/bar."

"The service was ok although somewhat impersonal. However, the accommodation, parking and transprot to airport service was very good and I am happy to use the service again even though I only live 30 miles from the airport, it makes it so much easier."
