Holiday Extras® is bringing a bit of summer magic to Hythe this coming weekend with its third annual 'Summer of Lurve' event.
On Saturday July 28, Holiday Extras will transform the gardens at their Newingreen office into a festival of fun in the sun for their 300 employees as well as their friends and family.
Entertainment for the afternoon comes from the Kent Circus School who will be teaching circus skills including juggling, unicycle riding and plate spinning. There is also a whole host of other activities for the 500 expected revellers to get involved in, including a giant scalextric competition, wandering puppeteers and magic shows. Kids can also enjoy falconry and eagle displays from the Acreswild Roadshow, as well as a bouncy castle, face painting and hair braiding.
Music for the occasion comes from several local bands - many of which feature staff members from Holiday Extras. Hullabaloo, Smooth Newts, Realm 69 and Once a Month will all be performing a range of party classics to sing and dance along to. There is also a free hogroast and BBQ to tuck into, and just in case the British summertime temperatures soar, there are also ice lollies to cool everyone down.
