Regular fliers from Cardiff Airport will be familiar with the Cardiff Airparks; a popular and low cost parking facility with strong customer loyalty. Cardiff Airparks now has more spaces to offer following the acquisition of local competitor Old Station Yard Cardiff airport parking.
Cardiff Airparks will operate the site as a satellite facility to their existing car park. The announcement is great news for passengers taking advantage of Cardiff Airport's recently revealed summer flight schedule. The acquisition means that Cardiff Airparks have more spaces to offer at peak periods for customers looking for low cost parking.
Old Station Yard was built and operated by Dillyn and Jean Gore and Airparks will now serve their loyal database of returning customers. The hard surface car park is located near St Athan, three miles west of Cardiff Airport. The acquisition of the new car park will boost the parking provider's presence in the area to approximately 1,400 spaces.
Cardiff Airparks is located on the access road to Cardiff Airport and offers the closest off-airport parking to the airport. Transfers from this secured car park take only three minutes and deliver passengers to the terminal.
The new site will be run with the high standard of quality and friendly service associated with Airparks.
